ASI Plumbing is an established, rapidly growing plumbing company in need of an Apprentice/Helper. We offer steady work with no weekends and no on-call schedules. We offer a starting wage of up to $20/hour, along with great benefits, uniforms, paid holidays & 12 PTO days per year after 90 days. We develop our apprentices to be licensed plumbers within 2 years.

MUST be able to pass a drug screen.
MUST be able to pass a pre-employment background check
MUST have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

The ideal candidate must be able to assist the plumbers and be willing to learn. They must be able to help with plumbing installs and repairs. The perfect candidate must have the DESIRE and AMBITION to build their future as a Licensed Plumber.

At ASI, honesty and integrity is what we have built our name on and as an ASI plumbing technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and growing team of professionals to demonstrate competency and reach desired sales goals. These efforts will include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, guiding customers to informed and confident decisions that best fit their needs.

Responsibilities

Must be customer service oriented.
Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, residential service calls.
Work with our customer service department and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well inventoried truck.
Actively participate in all training exercises and morning meetings.
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Responding to customer requests, resolving issues, and promoting the ASI brand.
Maintain a professional approach to establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
