  • Toilet Tank to Toilet bowl gasket

  • Toilet Handle and chain
  • Toilet Flange Bolts
  • Toilet bolt caps
  • Wax ring or Toilet flange seal

Let's look at some common toilet Problems & Solutions.
  • Toilet runs on and off by itself - adjust or replace the toilet fill valve and flapper
  • Short flushes - adjustment on the toilet handle chain to flapper or handle is loose
  • Leaks between the tank and bowl - replace the flush valve and tank to bowl gasket
  • Leaks at the floor when flushed - Pull the toilet and reset with new wax ring and flange bolts

If you're having problems with your toilet and it's more than three years old just remember if one moving part is going bad and in need of a repair then the others aren't far behind. It's best to replace toilet parts together, IE a Toilet fill valve, toilet flapper, and toilet supply tube are items that should be replaced together. Consider a full rebuild and get peace of mind that those functional and moving parts got replaced together and now are under warranty.
